“Sid, Harvey and the entire team at Titan Steel Roofing were a light at the end of our dark and very leaky tunnel. We had another roofer in to put snow guards on our roof and he also ‘repaired’ some things he thought were done incorrectly. When it finally rained after about 2 weeks, it was literally raining inside from the ceiling. Our worst nightmare! He came back 8 times and only ever changed the flow of water. The leaking was at the top of our kitchen cabinets where the log wall and tongue-in-groove cathedral ceiling met. When it rained, we would have to stand on the counter and continually wipe the water away from the wood. If it rained at 3pm or 3am…we were standing on our counters wiping water. We finally found Sid and he was able to see right away the 3 very distinct areas where the water could potentially be getting in. He knew they wouldn’t be able to replace the roof immediately and was able to fix the leaks! The first few rains after the temporary fix we still had some fears. However, not once did we see any leaking at all. What an immense relief for our family. Once the materials were here and the team was able to work on our property, they were amazing. Absolutely the most professional group of roofers I have ever met. Their work ethic and pride shows. We have had multiple compliments on our roof and are so grateful to have not only a beautiful new roof, but also piece of mind every time it rains.”

“I am able to say with confidence, I recommend the services of Titan Steel Roofing. I hired this company in March 2020, to completely re-install a steel roof, which had been previously installed in 2015 by another roofer, resulting in unresolved leaks, causing significant interior water damage. This company responded promptly to my initial call for a consultation. On the first visit to my home, an assessment of my attic was completed, taking photos of areas of concern to them and examining points of leakage. I received a detailed quote for the work that was recommended to resolve the leakage and ensure no subsequent future damage. The written contract for the job included, the scope of the work, the quality and type of materials to be used, and the time frame for starting and completing the job. I was assured there would always be a project manager on site and this was the case. The work crew was consistent during the project and they displayed respect for my property, as well as courtesy to me and informed me each day of the work to be completed. “Meeting Sid and his team from Titan was a chance occurrence that worked beyond our greatest expectations. During the wild construction season of the pandemic, my wife and I embarked on the largest project of quite possibly our lifetime. We purchased a property in PEC and decided to turn an 1800's barn into a home on a farm. Well after making many calls I was disenfranchised to the point that my wife decided she would have to make some calls before I threw in the towel... That's how we met Sid... Our vision was to preserve the interior roof of the barn as a focal point, while building a new roof on top. We introduced Sid to our engineer and a plan was designed to attach a new structure to the existing roof. The process was a long ardous one that spanned the better part of 8 months. The team even stayed on the property for over a month during critical times in the construction. The process began with the old metal being removed for the roof. Titan sourced reclaimed roof boards and filled in the missing boards from the the inside. Once that was completed 2 layers of roofing material were applied to the roof. First was a black membrane then ice and water was laid completely over the whole roof and it was made ready for mounting the structure. Titan fabricated custom hangers to attach new trusses to the top of the structure. The frame was then completed and the new roof was strapped and prepared for the spray foam insulation. Titan also created new soffit and facia in order to attached the new metal roof to. The new metal roof was then attached as well as the new soffit and facia. Titan also installed the new chimneys for the 2 wood stoves in the building. Looking back on the project now and the scope of it, I really am astonished by the scope of the roof portion of our project. I really don't know if there is anyone else out there that would have been capable of pulling this off. Titan is a group of committed, hard working, professionals that have a desire to do incredible things. We are thrilled with our project and are so happy with the end results!
